Profit Now™ ANTI-SPAM POLICY

2 Profit Now has a zero tolerance policy in regards to "spam." And we\'re not talking about the type of spam that you eat! No, we\'re talking about the type of spam that floods your email inbox every day, unwanted messages that you can live without.

Whether you are new to the Internet or experienced in the travels of cyberspace,
2 Profit Now considers the following to be spam, a major violation that is subject to termination:

1)Manually entering a person\'s name, email address, or other information into the complementary movie pass form on your personalized 2 Profit Now web site or your Try Goji Now web site, even if you have their permission. Interested individuals need to type in their own information. This way there is no question as to someone\'s intentions.

2) Attempting in ANY way to bulk upload email addresses into the 2 Profit Now™ web site Tell A Friend section or Contact Manager;

3) Sending any email or fax with your Contact Manager or other autoresponder address, the 2 Profit Now and/or Try Goji Now™ name, or any of our web site addresses to anyone, including any type of "lead" or "prospect," before they asked you for the information;

4) Sending any email or fax with your Contact Manager or other autoresponder address the 2 Profit Now and/or Try Goji Now™ name, or, any of our web site addresses as part of a Confirmation/Thank You letter after posting to a classified ad site or a FFA (Free For All Links) site;

5) Sending out unsolicited emails referencing any email address that is forwarded to your Contact Manager or other autoresponder address;

6) Any form of advertisement that mentions the name 2 Profit Now, and/or Try Goji Now™ posted to a Newsgroup or Chat Room;

7) Adding people to your Contact Manager or other autoresponder distribution or mailing list without their prior approval.

The ONLY exceptions to the above-listed situations are:

1) Having your prospect log onto the Internet with you on the phone and walking them through the process of filling out the complementary movie pass form. They must enter their information themselves.

2) Mailing to legitimate OPT-IN mailing lists, where the source does the mailing on your behalf AND you do not advertise a 2 Profit Now or Try Goji Now™ URL. But exercise caution when choosing an opt-in mailing-list company! Using any but highly reputable sources could result in spam complaints against you that could lead to your suspension or termination.

3) Including information about 2 Profit Now and/or Try Goji Now™ in email Acknowledgement messages for orders and inquiries you receive if you have stated upfront that an acknowledgement will be sent.

Remember: If the recipient didn\'t ask for it, your message or posting is spam.
Violating our spam policy is a serious offense.

2 Profit Now is firm, but fair in dealing with issues regarding spam. If we receive a spam complaint concerning your activities, we\'ll contact you by email. You\'ll have 72 hours in which to respond with proof that you haven\'t been spamming. Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in suspension of your account.

What proof will be required? If you advertise to leads purchased in bulk, you\'ll be expected to provide proof from the lead company directly. This proof should be in the form of web server and email logs that show the IP address of the user, that the user opted in for such information, and that the user then confirmed that they opted in. This is the only way to verify this user was the one who actually requested such solicitation and that someone else didn\'t enter their email address.

If you\'re found guilty of spamming with your Contact Manager or other autoresponder address or the 2 Profit Now and/or Try Goji Now™ name or web site addresses (in any way), your account will be immediately terminated and your website will be deactivated without refund. What\'s more, you\'ll be reported to your own ISP provider as a spammer, with possible termination of your account there as well.

Furthermore, if you violate our anti-spam policy, and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes normal service on one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.

Note: When you use any form of opt-in advertising, there\'s always a chance someone will make an unfounded complaint. Design your ads to get your prospect or lead to ask for more information. Then you\'ll have a copy of the specific request to refute any complaints we might receive.
